Slican TelefonCTI - phone and computer integration



Slican TelefonCTI – software integrating an internal phone with computer in local network. Useful tool to use more PBX functions and programm often used actions.

 


It is professional tool for users support, which:

  • you may send SMS even if you have no companies mobile phone
  • you use companies GSM gateway installed in companies PABX and your own PC
  • it is much easier to write message on computer keyboard than on mobile phone
  • you may send your SMS as „URGENT” – message will appear automatically on receivers phone display - there is no need to open received message, it will be show automatically on display. You are sure that it will be read.

How to use SMS service in Slican TelefonCTI.plus? 

  • functionality is accessible for users of Slican MAC-6400CCT-1668/IP or  CXS-0424 equipped with Slican GSM module
  • to send / receive SMS your stand has to be equipped with extended TelefonCTI version – TelefonCTI.plus.
  • you may send SMS as “URGENT” or  “NORMAL” message:

„NORMAL” – delivered on mobile phone with „envelope” symbol on display. Receiver may open and read message or delete it without reading.

„URGENT” - mostly in mobile phones is available option, for which SMSes with “URGENT” marker appear automatically on phones display, even when recipient phone is in profile “do not disturb” during meeting etc. You may be sure your message will be read.

  • remember that all sended /received messages – similar as calls, recorded phone conversations, notes etc. in Slican TelefonCTI.plus are saved to exactly defined contact person or company. So in one place you will have full database of contacts, all notes concerning client, supplier or co-worker.
  • if message will be not deliver (because of failure in GSM network or turned off receiver phone) Slican TelefonCTI.plus will announce you this problem
  • you may edit earlier prepared messages – and with or without any changes send it to other receivers
  • each message may have up to 160 signs – remember that your local letters may need more space than usual letters
  • you may define time of SMS validity – time period when your message should be delivered. Due to this service you have warranty, that receivers always receive actual messages.
